By accessing or using the TagDekho website, purchasing our QR tags, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TagDekho provides QR-based asset tracking and recovery services. Users can purchase QR tags, attach them to personal belongings, and receive notifications (including location data, if provided by the finder) when the tag is scanned.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including a valid WhatsApp number.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under it.
  • TagDekho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments for tags and subscriptions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners.
  • Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any changes affecting recurring subscriptions.
  • Refunds for physical tags are only accepted if the product is defective upon arrival, subject to our return policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

TagDekho acts solely as a communication bridge between the finder and the owner. We do not guarantee the recovery of lost items. TagDekho shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items bearing our tags, nor for any inaccurate location data provided by third parties scanning the tags.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to tag illegal items, harass individuals, or misuse the notification system (including emergency alerts) for spam or malicious purposes.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
